Responsible For
  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage with potential clients and business partners through various channels, such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and referrals. Use market research and analysis to target specific industries and market segments.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements. Act as a trusted advisor, addressing inquiries, providing product knowledge, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Business Strategy Development: Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement effective business development strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Conduct market analysis, monitor industry trends, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Proposal and Pitch Preparation: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients, showcasing the company's products or services and demonstrating their value proposition. Tailor presentations to address specific client needs and objectives.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Engage in negotiations with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Understand pricing structures, contractual terms, and legal requirements. Close deals and secure long-term partnerships, ensuring favorable outcomes for the company.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Gather and analyze data to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks. Provide regular reports and updates to the management team.
  • Collaborative Approach: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align business strategies and ensure seamless execution. Foster a collaborative work environment and share insights and feedback to improve processes and performance.
