Responsible For

  • Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records, ensuring proper documentation and easy retrieval.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms, and prepare necessary materials and resources.
  • Assist in managing office supplies and inventory, monitoring stock levels, and placing orders as needed.
  • Prepare and distribute memos, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Assist in budget tracking and expense management, maintaining records and submitting relevant reports.
  • Handle travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members when required.
  • Assist in coordinating office events, meetings, and social activities.
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff and team members to ensure smooth office operations.
